A place is calibrated before it exists.

When art arrives too late
In a market crowded with projects that all call themselves premium, the real difference is felt, not listed. Yet how a building will be felt is decided long before it opens — in the brief, in the plans, in choices made while the concrete is still raw.
Art usually arrives at the end, to fill walls that were never designed for it. By then, most of the decisions that shape perception have been taken, and correcting them costs more than anticipating them.

The intentions we serve
Every place carries an intention of its own. We start from yours, not from a standard.
Most often
- an immediate sense of quality of life
- prestige
- wellbeing
- a recognisable identity
Often combined with
- calm in shared spaces
- a sense of community
- roots in the island
We do not judge an intention. We make sure the place truly serves it.

How we intervene
We join developers, architects and operators upstream. We translate the intention of the project into perceptual choices, identify where art will carry it, and plan the artworks with the spaces rather than after them.
You receive a placement plan drawn on your own plans, with the light each artwork needs, so that walls, sightlines and lighting are designed to receive it. For larger projects, this becomes a full spatial narrative, from masterplan to handover.
Each artwork is found where it is: in our collections, with our partner artists, or created for the place.
We never choose an artwork because we have it. We choose it, or have it created, because the place needs it.
One Perceptual Director follows your project, from the first reading to the last artwork hung, alongside your architects and designers.
We intervene at three depths: a single artwork for one key space; a signature for the whole place, where several artworks are calibrated together; a fully narrated project, from the first plans to the opening.
Before choosing art, understand what the place is already saying.
Bring us your plans. We will show you where the experience will be decided.

What it changes for you
Walls, light and sightlines designed to receive art, instead of art forced onto walls that resist it. A visit route that lets buyers feel the quality of life before they read the brochure. A project where the space itself becomes an asset. And a development that does not look like the next one.
