Every project begins with a reading, and follows the same five steps, whatever its size.

   A first conversation

   Thirty minutes

   At the gallery or by video. You tell us about the place, and what it should make felt.

2. 02

   The Audit

   Within 15 days

   A Perceptive Audit of the place, delivered in writing: the existing situation and the gap.

3. 03

   One brief

   Shared with your team

   What every artwork must do, in words your architects and designers can work with.

4. 04

   The artworks

   8 to 12 weeks for a creation

   Chosen from our collections, sourced, or created for the place by Sean de Ganzi or our partner artists.

5. 05

   In place

   On site

   Framed, installed, lit and labelled. For an in-situ exhibition, the artworks stay three to six months.
